REFUND & RETURNS
At Oleada Fashion we are committed to providing the best quality fashion items to our customers with a smooth and simple wholesale buying experience. To ensure that the items that we send to our customers are in mint conditions and free of any manufacturing defects, we carefully check each item in your order for damages and defects during the collection and packaging of the item.
We do not accept returns or exchanges unless the item you purchased is defective. If you wish to return faulty items, please notify us via our Whatsapp line at +905314205250 and send an email to [email protected] quoting your order number, your name, product code (found on the invoice) reason for the return and images of the related defects within 7 days of receiving the goods.
All items should be returned in their original condition and packaging. We will not be liable for any loss or damage incurred whilst returns are held by third parties or for the return postage costs.
Upon receipt of the returned item, we will fully examine it and notify you via e-mail, within 7 days, whether you are entitled to a refund or a replacement as a result of the defect. If you are entitled to a replacement or refund, we will replace the product or refund the purchase price, using the original method of payment. We will process your refund within 7 days of receipt of the returned goods. Refunds can take 3-10 working days to reflect in your account, depending on your banks accepting process.
We will do our best to replace a defective item. If you are entitled to a replacement item and the item is out of stock or no longer available for purchase, we will issue a store credit that is equal to the purchase amount of the defective item.
