Do you sell in packs only?
Yes. All products are shipped in bundle of pieces as shown on the product page. Unfortunately, split orders are not available. However, it is possible to order one-size in certain evening dress brands.
Where are your clothes made?
Our clothes are made in Turkiye with the highest quality and best wholesale price guarantee. You can find everything regarding where our clothes are made in the story.
Do you cover tax/customs fees?
Unfortunately we are unable to cover taxes and custom fees outbound.

What shipping do you offer?
We ship worldwide. You can find information on our shipping here
How do you calculate shipping costs for my order?
Depending on your country, we will provide the deafult shipping quotation from our partners at checkout page. In case you have own shipping company we come back with it. Some of our global partners are FEDEX, DHL, UPS and TNT. You can find information on our shipping here
How do I track my order?
You will have received a tracking number in your shipping confirmation email, please click the link in your email to track your order. If this doesn’t work for you then please contact [email protected]
Is your packaging recyclable?
Yes, it is! Our boxes and bags are compostable and recyclable, biodegradable, plastic-free and are printed using water-based inks.

Does your price include Value Added Tax (VAT)?
No, our prices do not include local VAT. When an order is processed as an official export, customers will not be charged the local VAT of 8% of the order value.
What currency are your prices in?
All prices are in USD. At the time of your payment, you can also pay in Euros at the quote Eur-USD exchange rate.
Returns
Can I change or cancel my order?
Once an order is placed it is unlikely that we will be able to make any changes, but please email us at [email protected] as soon as you can and if the order hasn’t been processed we will do our best to change it for you.
My item is faulty or I’ve received an incorrect order, what should I do?
We are so sorry if your order has arrived and an item is faulty. We have stringent quality checks, but as a small team it’s possible that we may miss something. If the item you have purchased is faulty, please email us at [email protected] within 7 days of receiving your order with your order number and attach photos of the fault. If you have received the wrong item, please also contact us at [email protected]
